Volunteer Assignments

A. Shop for supplies (List provided, fully reimbursed)

B. Transport B’nai supplies to the retreat (Plan to arrive by 4:00)

C. Assist with childcare

D. Serve as program assistant (for an activity or two)

E. Help with set up/clean up (for an activity or two)

F. Campfire builder/tender (Keep it burning, and make sure it goes out)

G. Help pack up (Stay an hour or so after lunch on Sunday)

H. Transport supplies back to B’nai

I. Mobility Assistance Driver at the Resort (Help ensure everyone is able to attend retreat events)

Retreat Payment Tiers

We’ve established two payment tiers for Members and two for Friends of B’nai. Please select your tier below based on your ability. (Note: Charges are per room, not per person.)

Summit Tier: This price covers the approximate retreat costs.

• Members of B'nai Havurah: $675.00 (or $607.50 with Early Bird Discount)
• Friends of B'nai Havurah: $775.00 (or $697.50 with Early Bird Discount)

Aspen Tier: This price is subsidized by the CBG Family Fund.

• Members of B'nai Havurah: $500.00 (or $450.00 with Early Bird Discount)
• Friends of B'nai Havurah: $600.00 (or $540.00 with Early Bird Discount)

All prices include a room for 2 nights (for up to 4 people) and 6 meals between Friday night dinner and Sunday lunch. The price also includes all activities that will be appearing on the schedule.

Scholarships are available for B'nai Havurah Members. We want you there! Please select this option in the payment section below.

The 10% Early Bird Discount will automatically be applied if you are registering before April 25, 2025.

Added donations will help underwrite costs of this event and allow us to provide the retreat experience for others who otherwise could not attend. Thank you!
