Dear Members of B'nai Havurah,

Once again our indigenous friends in North and South Dakota are facing extreme cold this winter.   We will be collecting NEW or almost new  items for children (and Virgil reminded me that they keep growing and needing new clothes- a sense of humor is so wonderful) and  adults including winter coats, snow boots, hiking boots, wool socks, snow bibs, ski suits, thick wool sweaters, snow gloves, mittens, hats, scarves, GOOD WARM sleeping bags, fleece or wool blankets, and thermal undergarments (new only).  Handknit scarves, gloves and socks, and items made from wool yarn are preferred and are the warmest.  Items that keep you warm in subzero temperatures are the best.  Please nothing damaged, smelly dirty.  Money and gift cards to Walmart, Cenex gas cards. Napa Auto Parts gift cards and Dollar Store gift cards are welcome. Checks can be made out to UCC Elk Horn Church.
