Our monthly Friday night service for May will be Sephardi/Mizrahi Shabbat, with
evocative melodies from Sephardic (Judeo-Spanish) and Mizrahi (Middle Eastern) traditions guiding us through Kabbalat Shabbat and the evening prayers. Join Rabbi Katie, Music Director Hal Aqua, and violinist Annie Aqua as we bring in Shabbat with soul-stirring music, thoughtful and meditative prayers and readings, a healing prayer and Mourners' Kaddish, and a welcoming space to be in community.  

The service will be followed by kiddush and motzi... then join us for a Middle Eastern-themed vegetarian potluck (bring your favorite hummus!), shmoozing and camaraderie.
