Immersed in the beauty of the mountains, we will share a relaxing weekend of learning, singing, laughing, and friendship - with a good mix of activities and down time - appealing for all ages and stages of life. Imagine outdoor shabbat services and s’mores around the campfire, learning sessions offered by Rabbi Katie and B’nai members, family and kid activities including hikes and board games, and a talent show like no other; it will be a mix of the best of summer camp and B’nai’s Summer Institutes of the past.  
 
If you’re single, this weekend is for you. If you’re a couple, it’s for you. If you have a bunch of kids, come along! If you’re a new member, it’s especially great for you. It’s a great way to make friends and experience community and Shabbat on a deeper level.

Arrival at Estes Park: Friday, June 20, 2025 between 5:00-6:00 pm. Opening circle and dinner will be at 6:15 pm.
Departure on Sunday: Check out time is 10:00 am on Sunday, June 22, 2025. (Sunday lunch is included in your package.)

THE SETTING
Bordered on three sides by Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park Center is a popular choice for everyone, with lodging options that offer 360 degrees views and abundant activities for every age and interest. The 100-room Wind River Lodge at Estes Park Center is within walking distance to the most popular activities.

PROGRAMMING
Over the weekend we’ll celebrate Shabbat and have optional study and fun programs planned for all ages. 
There will also be time to investigate the grounds on your own and hike among the Ponderosa Pines or take advantage of the many activities that the YMCA offers. You can also just relax on your room’s deck or patio.

B’nai Havurah’s community of good, warm-hearted families, couples and individuals. 

ACCOMMODATIONS
The Long's Peak and Ram's Horn Lodges at Estes Park YMCA of the Rockies offer rustic but comfortable accommodations. Each room has a deck or patio, and can accommodate up to 4 people with its 2 queen size beds and full private bathroom, mini fridge and Wi-Fi (although Wi-Fi can be spotty). All meals will be served in a common dining room. 

RETREAT COSTS
The Early Bird 10% Discount will be applied to everyone registering and paying before April 25, 2025.
The date in which the forms and payment are received will be used in assigning accommodations based on your preferences. Register early! 

• Retreat costs cover everything for the entire weekend: 2 nights of lodging, 6 meals (Friday dinner through Sunday lunch), all retreat programming, child care, and activities. 
• We have made every effort to make the retreat affordable to all through a generous gift from the CBG Family Fund. If you find that it is not affordable for you, please let Rabbi Katie or Laura Intfen know and we will work to find assistance. 

RETREAT PAYMENT TIERS 
Please note that charges listed below are per room (with up to 4 per room) and NOT per person. 

Summit Tier: This price covers the approximate retreat costs.

• Members of B'nai Havurah: $675.00 or $607.50 if you register before April 25 (Early Bird 10% Discount)

• Friends of B'nai Havurah: $775.00 or $697.50 if you register before April 25 (Early Bird 10% Discount)

Aspen Tier: This price is subsidized by the CBG Family Fund.

• Members of B'nai Havurah: $500.00 or $450.00 if you register before April 25 (Early Bird 10% Discount)

• Friends of B'nai Havurah: $600.00 or $540.00 if you register before April 25 (Early Bird 10% Discount)
 

Scholarships are available for B'nai Havurah Members. We want you there! Please contact the office for more information.
 

REFUNDS
If you register, then are unable to attend, the following refunds are offered by the YMCA:
Cancellation through Apr 30, 2025 - Full refund; May 5-9 - One half refund; After May 9 - No refund
If you need to cancel late in the refund timeline and we are able to find another person to take your spot, we will give you a full refund.

TRAVEL
YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park, is about a 1 hour and 45 minutes drive from B’nai East. Directions will be sent with your confirmation packet. Please let us know if you need a ride or are willing to drive others.  

MEALS
We will dine together for all meals in the Dining Hall, along with other guests from the lodges. Request to be contacted for any dietary needs or restrictions during the registration process. We will do our best to work with the YMCA staff to meet all dietary needs. You will also have a mini fridge in your room.
