This creative outdoor gathering with B’nai Havurah and Temple Micah will be moving, memorable and inspiring.  Focusing on the traditional 100 shofar blasts interspersed with meditation, poetry and song, we will make space for participants to reflect on the themes of the season with less liturgy but a different kind of depth.  We will close with a tashlich ritual and picnic lunch. Bring your shofar, your beach chair or blanket, lunch for you and your household, and your sins to toss away in the river.

We will meet at Shelter 2 at O'Kane Park. O'Kane park is located at 7101 W 1st Ave, Lakewood CO 80226.

Parking Information

The parking lot that is closest to Pavilion #2, has 16 spaces, two of which are marked handicapped.  It is just southeast of the lake and can be accessed from Newland Street.  Pavilion #2 is adjacent to and south of the lake.

The larger lot is just north of West 1st Avenue at Reed Street.  It's a short walk from there to Pavillion # 2.

There's no bathroom at Pavillion #2. It's next to the playground, near the  larger parking lot.
